Ahhh, good point on Pulp Fiction. I’ve yet to finish Boogie Nights (got about halfway through it I think), but I was enjoying it so far. I haven’t seen Silverado, but I have it on DVD, so I shall take your suggestion good sir.

I think I’ll put QUESTION EP on iTunes. For free, of course. I ain’t nobody.
And I’ll continue doing some brainwork on the anti-Perry/Lee script. The thing I’m working on now is structure. There’s 6 characters that get the most attention (they’re all connected, of course).

Sometimes, I feel like I don’t know anything about people, especially when writing a film. Once I get over that, it’s smooth sailing. Right now, I’m still in the midst of preparing to write the anti Tyler Perry/Spike Lee script.

Thom Yorke, Zombies, and Anxieties of Not Being...
In my most recent dream, I met Thom Yorke while he was DJing at a club. He was just as cool as I imagined.
I also dreamed about zombies. I almost killed a kid that I thought was a zombie. Then real zombies came and I fought them off with Nick Frost.
I have a bad habit of psyching myself out sometimes. Thinking that I very well could not be successful is a scary thing. It comes up often....

I’ve been musing about it for a month and a half. Trying to get inside the heads of the characters (aka procrastinating).
I’ll cut myself some slack—I don’t want to go into the first draft without knowing the characters pretty well. I feel like I’m nearly there. Once I get these last few key parts, I’ll be ready to start.

I watched some stuff.
A couple weeks ago, I watched The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. It was alright.
Once you get into it, it’s kind of predictable, but the ride is fun. I’m looking forward to David Fincher’s version this fall, since his ending will be very different.
The trailer looks good. Hopefully, it won’t be a beat-for-beat remake.
